1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph2 ("ph2," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph2.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph2 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph2 Platform and close your account. ph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on ph2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph2 Platform or any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep such information current at all times.

ph2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ph2. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify ph2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced security.

ph2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified ph2 of unauthorized access in a timely manner and ph2 has confirmed the breach.

ph2 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or potential compromise, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on ph2 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph2 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your ph2 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours under normal operating conditions. ph2 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to ph2's anti-money laundering procedures.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. ph2 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

ph2 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ph2 account holder. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account suspended.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ph2 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph2 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ph2 Platform.
• Placing wagers for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

ph2 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any winnings, and permanently close any account found to be in breach of these fair play provisions. ph2 may also report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by ph2's gaming servers shall be the definitive and final record of all transactions and game results. ph2's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ph2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

ph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

ph2 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph2 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph2 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during your session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph2 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any ph2 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph2's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which ph2 reserves all legal remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ph2's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

ph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ph2 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

ph2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that ph2 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph2 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph2 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

ph2 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within two (2) business days and to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, ph2 will provide you with a written update on the status of the investigation.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026 and supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use the ph2 Platform after this date, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms as updated.
